The Grand Conseil du Vin de Bordeaux

In early March, the Grand Conseil du Vin de Bordeaux had the pleasure of welcoming Sunil IYER and David KING. A 5-day tour was organized to explore the prestigious wine-making and historical heritage of Bordeaux.
The journey was designed around tastings and visits to estates across various appellations. Starting with a Masterclass at the Ecole Du Vin (EDV) with Sabine Silvestrini, our guests then explored the Sauternes region, followed by an intensive day in the Médoc (Saint-Julien, Pauillac, Margaux, and Haut-Médoc). The tour continued through Graves and Pessac-Léognan, before concluding on the right bank between Saint-Émilion, Fronsac, and Lalande de Pomerol.
This immersive experience allowed our guests to deepen their knowledge of our region.
