The Grand Maître of the Grand Conseil du Vin de Bordeaux, Jean-Marc Dulong presided over this Grand Induction Ceremony held by the Commanderie de Bordeaux in Tokyo, held at the Kaikan Tokyo, on Friday, December 1st 2023.
An induction ceremony began in the early evening, beginning with the handover of powers between the former Maître, Mr. Yoshiaki HOMPO, Grand Maître of the Commanderies de Bordeaux in Japan, to the new Maître, Mr. Toshiro SUZUKI.
The Grand Maître of the GCVB, Jean-Marc Dulong, thanked Mr Hompo sincerely for all his efforts and dedication to the Commanderie de Bordeaux in Tokyo during his term as Maître.
Then the new Maître proceeded to induct 6 new Commandeurs at this occasion:

Following this ceremony, a magnificent Gala Dinner, during which excellent Bordeaux wines were given place of honour.
