On January 5th 2023, we celebrated the opening of the Commanderie de Bordeaux in Charleston, South Carolina, with Sandra Earl presiding as our new Maître.
Grand Maître Émerite, Angus Smith joined us, as well as Grand Chambellan Keith Keener. Both of them have been actively dreaming of a Charleston Chapter for the better part of the last decade. Fulfillment of that dream was indeed fulfilling for all.
19 new Commandeurs! Maître Sandy Earl is already planning a Commanderie trip to Bordeaux in September this year.
