The Commanderie de Bordeaux in Brussels held a splendid Official Induction Ceremony and Gala Dinner, the 67^th after its creation in 1981, in presence of his Excellency the Ambassador of Congo for Belgium and the European Community.

14 new members of the Commanderie were inducted on the evening of 29^th November “Au Gaulois”, a magnificent venue located in the gardens of the Royal Palace.

The Grand Conseil was represented by Francis Boutemy and Nathalie Escuredo. Also present were the Maîtres of the Commanderies de Bordeaux in Wallonia and Flanders.

The chef of the Gaulois concocted dishes to match perfectly the wines of Mouton Rothschild, presented by Philippe d’Halluin, Director of Mouton, who came to Brussels for this occasion.

It was a marvellous evening centred on the wines of Bordeaux.
